Hello David,
From your screenshot I see that both print services are active which means that you have successfully launched these services with a user containing local administrative network rights.
For network printers, a domain user may be required. Alternatively, a local user can be used for a locally
configured printer. My recommendation is to verify weather the printer is properly associated/installed to your choice of user type.
Lastly, below please find two reference resources:

[2] Configuration guide - https://support.sap.com/content/dam/SAAP/Sol_Pack/Library/Setup/1LQ_Set-Up_EN_XX.pdf
Hope this helps,
Thank you,
Feras

Hi David,
The guidelines shared by my colleague, Feras should give you everything that you need to know about printing in S4HANA Cloud and these are two documents we reference every time if we run into any issues:-)
I have a small remark here upon reviewing the screenshots provided, I noticed, in the output options, there is a check mark for 'send to printer' did you not check this options? This is important for you to see the available printer options that you have already set up.(screenshot attached)
I am also providing a video link below that will help you further(you may review the content from the 16th minute w.r.t. this issue)
