The Migration Cockpit available under 'Manage your solution' and 'Migrate You Data' has a list of objects for Different application areas that can be used to upload items such as documents.

It has a list of Migration objects currently available.
The Migration object list is updated / extended with each new quarterly release . Please check back regularly
