How is the timesheet approval/rejection for employees who doesn´t have ID in the S/4HANA Cloud

Hi colleagues

I have a customer who asked me the following question:

" We have our own timesheet tool We want to know if when a employee sends the timesheet for approve/reject, this employee must have an active ID in the S/4Hana cloud. Because some employees will not have ID in the S/4Hana Cloud".

Someone could help me and my customer?

Hi Fernanda

The employee ID is a mandatory field on the API, I believe the employee will need to exist in S/4HC for the timesheet to be posted.
