How do I set Credential Name in Communication Arrangements?

I'm trying to create an Iflow to run an API and save in S/4.

If I put the "Authentication" name it generates an error in execution:

HTTP response '401: Unauthorized' when communicating with https://my302603-api.s4hana.ondemand.com/sap/bc/srt/scs_ext/sap/journalentrycreaterequestconfi?sap-client=100
