How to upload the custom data to S/4HANA Cloud?

Hi all,

I am having a scenario where to upload the custom data like Bank details, Profit Center Group data, G/L Account Balance details, Batch numbers etc...

For this, we do not have standard templates. How to upload these kind of data into S4HANA Cloud?

Please suggest.

I am not sure that this is yet possible.

Obviously, in S/4 On Prem, you have the Migration Object Modeler available to you, which can do just this.

I think in S/4HC, you are left with having to do this manually. Its worth raising the issue with SAP - as we found that some large volume items which would have been impractical to load manually (customer material info record in our case) got added as new templates fairly swiftly.

It would be really interesting to know from SAP whether there are plans to bring the Migration Object Modeler to the cloud, as this would also be really useful for being able to incorporate custom fields into the load process etc

Hi Susheel,

You can add additional fields(custom) along with the standard templates using the custom fields and logic app. The key is to determine the business context you chose for bringing in those additional field during your upload.

In my example, I am referencing to the app 'Upload General Journal Entries' and here we have the option to add custom field and here is a reference document.
