We are looking at developing chatbots to help with end user support - and were wondering if it might be possible to tap into the technology behind Edmin?
Is there anything you are able to share on this front?

The Edmin chat-bot is built using Recast.ai which is now renamed since January 2019 as SAP Conversational.ai

In terms of the underlying knowledge database - does this start from SAP standard help / app documentation? To me (as a functional rather than technical person) this is one of the key areas that I am trying to get my head around!
