Hello Expert,
When i am make changes customer details on Business partner tiles, after the changes for some internet related issue it haven't saved & than second time when i am open same customer so it show customer lock error.
same error showing for PO & Invoice as well.
is there any log clear tcode like (sm12) or something else.
kindly help.

Hello, if you have not saved and you left because of internet issue, try to log out from your the user profile you mage the changes. Go out of internet and come back again login again.
The cession is looking like if you were still log in.

Could you please provide screenshots we can view of the issue you describe with the error appearing ?
in S4HANA Cloud there is no SM12 app to delete locks . locks should be automatically released after 15 minutes for a user if they have logged of the system.
