Why prod order can not be closed after settled

Hello, Experts,

We have a issue about the prod order status,

The prod order status is "PCNF", Then  "TECO", then Finance settled, but can not "close"  

the close button is grey.

Hi Joanna,

Until unless all the settlements are done on the order, the order cannot be closed. Also, if there are some open items like inspection lots, Purchase reqs, Purchase orders then an order cannot be Closed.

If none of these applies, please open an incident with SAP.
