Error while interfacing employee from SF to S/4Cloud

Hello, in scope item Employee Integration - Employee Central Integration (‏JB1‏) we have following error.

Field P0007-SCHKZ is mandatory. 

However, we don't see this field or option to maintain it or set it as optional.

Are you by any chance maintaining planned working times & availability for employees in SFSF EC?

Further, the error message you raise here is retrieved from which monitoring tool? Cloud Integration platform or the tools in SFSF EC such as ERP replication monitor or API/ODATA Audit logs?

Hello,

we do not work with work schedules, however the field "working hours" is maintained. The error is coming from CPI. There is nothing to see in the replication monitor in S/4HANA

Hi David,

you need to maintain HRIS field workschedule-code in HRIS Element jobinfo in SFSF EC

as mentioned in 1902 set-up guide. S/4 Cloud needs a source value in target field P0007-SCHKZ.

In case you have further issues, you can also log this onto support component CA-GTF-INT-EC.

This field P0007-SCHKZ is only exposed in ABAP backend and used to persist data. EC HRIS field workschedule-code is mapped to it, see mapping relations in SAP KBA

Hello Andreas, Where can I find the P0007-SCHKZ in S/4HANA Cloud. Or is this something in the backend, I can't find it.
