Hello Vicent,

Good Afternoon!

The item category determination can be found in "Manage your Solution" app, assigned to the item name "Sales Documents" and at last "Assign Item Categories" however I must reinforce that you will not be able to create any custom item categories or change how they are assigned in the system since S4HANA Cloud (Public) is totally focused based on Best Practices.

This means that you must rely exclusively on scope items (business scenarios) SAP has released so far. In order to check which ones are available, please check the following URL: https://rapid.sap.com/bp/
