Profit Center as mandatory in Change Material App

Is there a way to make the Profit Center as mandatory in Change Material App->Under tab Sales: General/Plant->Under General plant parameters.

Could you please check the Business context :Master Data: Product General in the Custom fields and logic.

Hello ,

As Susheel mention you could use the BADI Product Validate in the app 'Custom Fields and Logic.' to force a required error . This is only activated in the App 'Manage Product Master' , Not Change Material App.

The BAdI consists of the method:

EXECUTE - You can use this method to execute the validation for the extension fields for Manage Product Master only in the following Business Contexts:

PRODUCT- Master Data: Product General

PRODUCT_PLANT - Master Data: Product Plant

PRODUCT_SALES - Master Data: Product Distribution Chains

PRODUCT_STORAGELOC - Master Data: Product Storage Location

PRODUCT_UOM - Master Data: Product Dimensions

PRODUCT_VALUATION - Master Data: Product Valuation

For the Change Material App there is field selection customizing to make field hidden / option or required but the SSCUI for the field selection is currently unavailable in 1902 .
