Hi there,
we have Fiori app library which is very good, but it could be better if it was added also scope item which covers given app
https://fioriappslibrary.hana.ondemand.com/sap/fix/externalViewer/#
There is also in Best Practices Explorer excel list with apps, business roles and scope items, but it is not udpated with all available applications
I have more kind request than a question to address it, meaning having documentation covering also information about scope item associated with given app
Thanks,
Sławek
Hi Slawek,
Echoing Simon's comment, its hard to determine because each scope item comprises of many app. However, I am not sure if you have explored an app in S4HC tenant called IAM Information system. This specific application helps you find the list of apps available in your S4HC tenant and also gives you a business roles, Catalog ID, Business role template etc. . a very cool app. I have a blog in my name explaining one of its use case. https://blogs.sap.com/2018/10/19/s4hana-cloud-quarterly-upgrades-and-how-to-identify-a-newly-release...
Please explore this app and let me know if this matches closest to your expectation. Hope this helps!
Thank you! Amith Nair

Hi Guys,
I don't remember how it looked 5 months ago, but scope IDs that use the app are included now on Fiori apps library.

Hi Slawek
The documentation isn't specific to the public cloud but this could be something that would be a useful addition for users of the Apps. As we have already requested an update of the incorrect catalog for these Apps in the Fiori App library, I will also provide this feedback to the team for their consideration. I will let you know as soon as I have any clarification on both matters. In the meantime the documentation in the best practices explorer accelerators that Simon highlighted show the link between the APPs and the scope item.
Kind regards
Brian

Hi Slawomir - I suppose it is because a single scope item can cover so many different Apps, do you have a specific use case in mind?

Hi Simon,
for instance there are applications in Fiori:
Overall Supplier Evaluation
Supplier Evaluation by Price
Supplier Evaluation by Quantity
Supplier Evaluation by Quality
Supplier Evaluation by Questionnaire
Supplier Evaluation by Time
Where I can find information what scope item covers them ?
Regards,
Sławek
