How to change the configuration to realize mailing output forms automatically according to the email address in customer master data？
Below is the current configuration about it.

Hello Michael,

Click on the 'Edit' button. Then add the Recipient(BP number) and the corresponding email address.

You can also upload excel files incase you want to maintain this information for large number of business partners.
