Company setup and Consolidation

Are there any specific parameters or configuration that is required to segregate a company code from being consolidated or is that more of a consolidation construct?  I have 24 companies, all but this one will be consolidated.  Question is; Is this one company configured differently then the rest?

Hi John,

There is anything specific that needs to be done when configuring the company code. What will define which entities will be consolidated is the consolidation units that you define under a consolidation group that you will select as part of the consolidation master data setup and configuration using the apps Consolidation Units Create and Change and Consolidation Groups Create and Change.
