Profit Center Hierarchy

I'm setting profit center groups in production and running into a problem.  The standard hierarchy of YBPH doesn't exist when I filter.  I checked the configuration and YBPH is assigned to controlling area A000.  

What am I missing?

Regarding the issue, I would like to ask you to check the maintaining of the Profit Center. Please, read the below:

- Follow the SAP KBA: 2697539 - Maintain Profit Center Configuration - Fiori

|- The purpose of this task is to maintain the profit center configuration. The creation of the profit center master data must be executed in the Q-system and P-system. This setup must be completed before posting transactions to the system.

- Besides the KBA, please take a look in the Video which shows How-To (English only) maintain the Profit Center in step by step.

Please create Profit center group YBPH and proceed . It should solve the issue.
