Can I add employees who are not system users?

Simple question:  we would like to create employees on the system who are not users (so that we can capture the employee ID on certain postings etc) - is this possible?  If so, how?

Hi Clare,

UserName is not mandatory in the Employee template - so you can leave that blank when using 'Import Employees' app.

We had similar requirement, for recording the hours through the API. But SAP requires that all employees must also have a user in order to allow time writing.
