Dear Friends,

1. How to differentiate Permanent Employee and Contract Employee..?

2. Is there a possibility to add a new custom field either in Employee master data app, so that i can put identification there.!

3. or Is there a possibility to add a new custom field either in Create project app, so that i can put identification there.!

Hi there,

there is a differentiation between employee and contingent worker. The contingent worker can be defined as service performer or freelancer. You can see it in the external Workforce API in the node WorkAgreementInformation under PersonWorkAgreementType. In the Excel template it is under BusinessPartnerRole. I don't think you need an extensibility field to get this information. You can see this differentiation in the employee factsheet under employment type and in the business partner app under business partner roles. For resource management you can also see it during staffing when you click on "include contingent worker" on the top right corner.
