During an automatic PO creation, can we notify the creator of the PR about the PO creation?

Do you have an idea about the way to notify the creator of a Purchase Requisition that the Purchase Order has been created ( without going in APP Monitor purchase requisition item ) ?

The functionality is now available.

To send email notifications to workflow initiators (requestors)

Copy the pre-delivered email template SWF_WORKFLOW_COMPLETE_NOTIFY into the custom name space. The custom template must follow the following pattern:

If the purchase requisition has been approved: YY1_(Scenario_Id)_COMPLETE_POSITIVE

If the purchase requisition has been rejected: YY1_(Scenario_Id)_COMPLETE_NEGATIVE

Hi Ingrid,

I checked the notification function including CoPilot built-in support function.

At the moment, we don't have this notification in place.

So I would suggest that raise the request via customer influence platform.
