Error FAA_MD149 while changing Cost center in Manage Fixed Assets App

Upon changing the Cost center by an Asset I receive error message:
FAA_MD149 "Interval and bal.sheet-relev. acct ass. obj. can't be changed before &1".

This error message is raised when there are postings already on the Cost center.

You may check the same in App 'Display Cost Line Items'.

Please select a Cost center which does not have any posting yet.
