Hi experts,

Usually in R/3 when registering logistics invoices thru app "create supplier invoice" aka tx MIRO, you were able to display accounting document number, as a result of ID parameter IVFIDISPLAY in tx SU01 - user maintenance

Is it posible to display accounting doc.no when MIRO in S4HC ? Thanks for helping

Hi Luis,

in S4HC you can activate the display of the journal entry number in the success message when an invoice is posted.

Open the App "Edit Supplier Invoice Settings" and check the field "Display Journal Entry".

With CE1908 the Journal Entry number will be displayed, whenever you post a Supplier Invoice

You can also view the document flow or drill into the invoice itself which gives you the ability to see the accounting JE.

It is possible to display invoice document in S4HC. Perquisite you should have assigned role BR_AP_ACCOUNTANT. App name:- Display Invoice Document
