How do you view Cost Center and Profit Center changes for a given period?

We've got an audit control that every quarter we're supposed to document and review all Supplier, Customer, GL Account, Cost Center and Profit Center changes. I think this is a fairly standard audit control, but I've not been able to find an application to review changes for the Cost Center or Profit Center in S/4HC like you can for the GL Accounts, Customers and Suppliers.

How are you guys pulling this information? Are there applications available to do this currently (I checked the online App Library and didn't see any).

Generally speaking, you can use the app "Read Access Logging" (https://help.sap.com/viewer/f544846954f24b9183eddadcc41bdc3b/1805.500/en-US/5688c3a63f4e400e841a4c7afc2bee8b.html) to track all sensitive data.

It allows to check for example:

- Who accessed the data of a given business entity, for example a bank account?

- Who accessed personal data, for example of a business partner?

- Which accounts or business partners were accessed by which users?

Thanks for your message. Manage Profit Centers and Manage Cost Centers allow you to only view the change log for a single profit or cost center when you are in the detail. To generate a list of changes for an entire quarter to meet audit needs (or any period of time) would be incredibly time consuming and require you to look in every record. We've logged an incident with SAP for this information and also the functionality like I mentioned already exists with G/L Accounts, Suppliers, and Customers in my initial inquiry.

Haven't come across anything either - and the change history apps that do exist look decidedly old school webgui reports.

Definitely a gap!
