Periodic Activities - Month End Project Services

Please can you advise on the periodic activities for project services. So far we have identified the following apps:

Maybe I'm misunderstanding your question, but I believe the answer I provided to https://answers.sap.com/questions/13243474/view.html applies to this question as well.

For period-end closing, you can use either "Run Revenue Recognition - My projects", "Run Revenue Recognition - Projects" or "Revenue Recognition (Event-Based) - Projects". To perform a monthly review of customer projects in execution, you can use "Review Customer Projects", as well as "Set Forecast Month - Customer Projects" to schedule a one-time job or recurring jobs to set the forecast month for these projects. For time management, "Notify Missing Time" and/or "Schedule Job for Sending E-Mails" are tasks performed periodically. As for billing, you can use "Release Billing Proposals - Due Today" (and/or "Schedule Release of Billing Proposals"), "Schedule Billing Creation", "Schedule Billing Output", "Schedule Billing Release" and, if you use intercompany, "Generate Intercompany Billing Request" is required. For internal projects, there are two apps available for single project settlement and collective settlement, "Run Actual Settlement - Projects" and "Run Actual Settlement - Projects - Collective" respectively.

Please note that these are just some examples. I may be missing some apps.
