Is it possible to integrate SAP Invoice Management by OpenText into S4HC?

Yes it is. S/4HANA Cloud for invoice processing by OpenText, Scope item 1LE

This scope item do the following: upload and 'decode' (OCR) a digitized document and pass it on to the application where it creates either the invoice or a draft invoice. Zero implementation costs. New solution built for and deployed on SAP S/4HANA Cloud. Customer just needs to subscribe to turn it on. OCR to automate capture of data from scanned invoices

There are some drwabacks also: manual processing only and requires an additional license for OpenText. Currently manual document upload up to ~100 at a time. PDF, TIF, JPEG and PNG document types. Company code specific. Pricing: Tiered pricing starting with 500 invoices/month.
