Intercompany billing for consignment issue flow

Dear all, 

We are facing an issue when processing a consignment issue flow. The copy control (delivery - billing) for intercompany billing has not been setup in the standard system and I can see that creating new copy controls are grayed out. Questions: 

• Is it possible to create new copy controls? 
• In case no, how did you guys solve this?

Hello,

Creating or changing any copy controls is not feasible in S/4HANA Cloud and this is because, they drive the business process flow. Cloud environment supports standard best practices (scope items) and cannot be altered through IMG to specific custom needs. Further, all the best practices from on-premise environment are currently not supported in cloud either.

Can you please elaborate which scope item are you referring to in your question ?

Just to confirm that Copy Control is now available in MTE S/4HANA, at the moment it is limited to billing documents (from Sales Orders, Deliveries and Billing Documents) and can be found in the following SSCUI Ids 102762, 102763 & 102764. As observed this is to amend existing copy controls, any new flows would require either scope item activation or SAP Expert Configuration (both available through your CSM or CEE)
