Is there an Autorization Matrix template?

Hello Gurus,

I am wondering if there is some kind of document (Autorization matrix) where we can link all the different autorization roles to the new users. It would be very helpful!

In the Activate Methodology for S/4HANA Cloud, if you click on Accelators, then filter workstream by Technical Architecture and Infrastructure, there is an accelerator titled "Process Steps, Business Roles, and Apps.xlsx (Public).xslx" in the Prepare/Explore/Realize Phase sections. It has all of the apps mapped to scope item and business role. I think this is what you're looking for.

Hi Toon,

I'm not sure I understand your question clearly - but the 'IAM Information System' app is fairly comprehensive.

You can set the main entity as business user, and see all the roles assigned to the users. Similarly you can see relationships between Business Users, Business Roles, Applications and Restrictions by toggling the main entity, and all of this can be extracted to excel for further combination if necessary.
