Dear Community, I am interested in the S/4HANA public Cloud. In several publications, I have read that the processes within in the Public Cloud are based on SAP Best Practices. I know, that customizing is limited as opposed to on-premise or private cloud, but I wonder, if it is possible to adjust / customize the SAP Best Practrice according to my Company specific processes? Hi Afsin,

Its very difficult to generalize this topic. However, to mitigate the situation, we have Fit2Standard workshops where we (the consultants) explains the Fit2Standard process using Best practice Process flow. This is done using the following tools:

During the F2Stand workshop, following aspects will be covered:

• Review Best practices

• Demonstrate Business Scenarios and Concepts

• Identify Fits, Gaps & Perceived Gaps

• Discuss How standard process fit with Customer Requirement

• Identify required Configuration

• Enable customer on execution Scenarios

Best Practices are country specific and to your question precisely, we Do Not customize Best Practices to company specific processes instead we mitigate the business scenarios via customer Workshops to walk through the process I described above to meet customer business requirements.
