What is the rule of calculation of the accrual in the condition rebate

Dear all

I asked to SAP but still have no answer. They give backend configuration ( impossible on the cloud)

For accrual ( REA1), what is the calculation rule behind that give the amount of accrual posted? ( for exemple for 2%)

Does anyone has this information?

Hi Ingrid, that value would be set up in the "rebate agreement" (app Manage Condition Contracts). On the sales basic data you should see the conditions where the % is defined.
