SAP Service to help build S/4 HANA Business Case

Hi there,

 I have heard that SAP has build a service/process to help construct a Business Case to move to S/4HANA, does anyone have any further information on this?

simonkingston , not specifically a business case generator, the S4HC Key Benefits identified provide macro qunatified benefits that will go towards building such a report. This includes discussion of time to value, ROI, user/business satisfaction, etc.

There are quite a few available tools you can use to start a discovery journey to SAP S/4HANA.

1. Transformation Navigator would be the first place to start: https://support.sap.com/en/tools/upgrade-transformation-tools/transformation-navigator.html

2. The Pathfinder for IT report is another great place to start especially if you are already an SAP customer. Your current usage data can be uploaded to SAP and the Pathfinder will return a report telling you at a strategic level how SAP S/4HANA can improve your current business operations. 3. A third report that is very business process specific is the Business Scenario Recommendations (BSR) Report and uses SAP system data. The BSR can be ordered here: https://msmproda7afccce3.hana.ondemand.com/Request/BSR/
