Hi,
Why are there no journal entries created when an employee books time on a Task (Admin, Training, Etc) on his timesheet.
It is necessary to see the costs that the time booked represents for each tasks. Where can this be configured?
Thanks in advance,
Veronica
Hi Veronica,
These time entries are 'statistical' only and will not cause any journal postings. We defined internal projects for these indirect hours, time entries on internal projects will have a journal posting.
You should consider if it's really necessary to have separate journal posting for the indirect hours, because using the internal projects has an effect in the default utilization calculation SAP uses. When all hours are on (internal) projects utilization will always be 100%.

Jeroen
