Send Dunning letter via email

We can't send Dunning letters via email, we have set the correct email in Customer Master Data - Role and the correct email in Accounting Clerk in customizing.

What is the correct Procedure?

we follow the same problem,

we define in configure your solution,

demain and sender email, but the sending still no working.

where can I define the email of the receiver?

Hi Luca,

Please check the Correspondence Tab in the Company code segment of the supplier/customer master data and maintain the email ID of the receiver in the field "Clerk's Internet Add" .
