Is there a recommended month-end workflow provided for the overall professional services regarding the apps ?

Hi Tamlyn,

At the end of each period (normally monthly), it is recommended to perform the closing run to ensure complete periodic revenue recognition values.

Additionally, you can use app "Review Customer Projects" to carry out monthly reviews of projects and adjust the estimate to complete (ETC).

Other than this, it really depends on your internal processes.
