Dear community,
when i order 6 pieces and make a goods receipt for 5 pieces and check the *delivery completed* box, the app MANAGE PURCHASE ORDERS still shows the status OVERDUE.
However, in the app CHANGE PURCHASE ORDER ADVANCED it shows *0 PC Still to deliv.* as i expected.
Furthermore it is not even possible to post a GR for the 1 missing piece after *delivery completed* inidicator was set with the app POST GOODS RECEIPT FOR PURCHASE ORDER
So can anyone tell me why the status is still overdue?
is this an issue for someone else?

The issue has been fixed by hotfix on 1st-Oct.

When i set the delivery completed indicator posting a goods receipt for let´s say 9 of 10 ordered pieces, the report "Overdue Purchase Order Items" no longer displays the PO which is the result i expected. However, in the app "Manage Purchase Orders" the same PO is still shown as overdue.
To summarize:
PO: 10pc
GR: 9pc + delivery completed
App "Overdue PO Items": not overdue
App "Manage POs": overdue

thx a lot for your input! That helped me to discover something very interesting.
The report app "Overdue Purchase Order Items" works on my side as well (haven´t tested it before), however, the app "Manage Purchase Orders" does not.
The apps show different results for the same case.
That strenghtens my suspicion, that the overdue logic in Manage PO Items doesn´t work correctly.

I just tried the same in my system and as soon as I checked the Box on the item level for delivery Deliv. Compl. the line item will no more appear in over due PO report. Kindly check the 3 below things,
1- Check on the item detail on the PO in delivery Tab you have checked the Deliv. Compl. box. there is another box also for compl. deliv and some users click on that for this purpose by mistake. But as per your screen shot I can see your open quantity is now 0, so I assume that you have checked the right box.
2- Also check if you have only one item in PO or multiple items.
3- Also check in the PO over due report that the report status is refreshed. If not, refresh your report and then you will not see this PO in the report.
Kindly revert back if you still have the issue.

I am not sure about why the PO is showing overdue since you have marked the delivery as completed, however, if you want to post GR for the remaining piece to remove this flag, you can do so by editing the PO.
Open the PO in Manager Purchase Orders, select Edit in the upper right, and select the line item under Items. Proceed to Process Control and you can deselect the Delivery Completed (see in attached image).
After this you should be able to post the Goods Receipt. I will do some further research on this and come back and comment if I find something to help you.
