Journal Entry Verification Workflow

We are testing journal entry workflow and have everything setup accordingly to our requirements.  We have submitted a test journal entry and it was captured by workflow.  However the journal entry vanished.  I was setup as the person to approve the entry but it never made it to my inbox.

Anybody else run into this issue?

Are you using the app, 'Verify General Journal Entries - For requester' to submit your entry? If submitted, it should show under the same app with the status as 'Submitted'. You can also verify whether you are the workflow processor in the column, 'Processor' for the JE that was submitted.

Hi,

I also faced the same issue. once we create the JE entry is not showing in my inbox. After the analysis, I came to know the below entries are not maintained in SPRO.

Navigate to SPRO Path: SAP NetWeaver > Gateway Service Enablement > Content > Workflow Settings > Maintain Task Names and Decision Options

Maintain Task Names and Decision Options. Click New Entries and provide the following values:

New Entry 1:

Workflow ID: WS02800046

Step ID: 000010

Step Description: Verify G/L Journal Entry

New Entry 2:

Workflow ID: WS02800046

Step ID: 000050

Step Description: Verify Intercompany General Journal Entry

Select the newly created entries and double-click Decision Keys. Repeat for both new entries, i.e., for WF Step 10 and 50. Create two keys with the values as follows:

After the above entries, I am able to see the documents in the Fiori JE Inbox.

In our Journal Entry Verification Scenario, there are three apps:

1.Verify General Journal Entry for Requester

2.Verify General Journal Entries for Processor(Inbox)

3.Verify General Journal Entries for Processor(Outbox)

Please note there is no inbox for Requester.
