"Purchase Requisitions approved by" - Report required

Hi there, 

    Linked to my other question, I am looking for a standard Report/App (or CDS View) which will show me all Purchase requisitions and who they were approved by (bearing in mind we have a multi-step approval workflow)

Can anyone help?

Below are the 2 CDS views available in the S/4 Public cloud 1902 version to get the Workflow Status Details and Approver details.
