Extract data from automatic account determination

Hello everyone,

do you know if there is a way to extract data from SSCUI 100297 "automatic account determination" ?

exctration to excel will be the best, but even a simple copy/past exploitable will be good (copy/past is possible but column for accounts is not workable)

Thanks

Mathieu

Hi Mathieu,

If what you are looking for is the pre-delivered account determination, you can navigate to the best practice explorer and use the download button there. It will give a list of content by country and releases , you will get a zip file which contains not only all the scope items test scripts but as well extractions of SAP tables standard delivery content for that country, Account Determinations, tax codes, Chart of Accounts with all the details of the accounts and so on... if what you are looking for is already your "adapted" account determination, there is no great way of extracting from system.

This was solved now .

Please see Note Note 2969938 - 'Release Information Note: Automatic Account Determination for S/4HANA Cloud Edition 2011' in this regard, where:

"You can export data into your Excel sheet in the review page of this app. Click on the 'Share' button in the footer bar. And you will get a menu item called 'Export to MS Excel'. Hit that item and you can get your data exported. (Please be aware that you are only able to export data which you have got in the search result in the previous page.)"

There is also a blog on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud : Hints and Tips for Configuration and SSCUIs.

Hi Mathieu,

While not ideal or as easy as a being able to click a button to extract to excel (it would be great if we could do that throughout the SSCUI elements), I was able to highlight the visible table values, copy, and paste into excel. If it is an old school SAP looking menu, you might try ctrl + y to see if it gives you a pointer which you can select the data with prior to copying.

Hope that helps!

Have tried the ctrl + y and sadly it doesn't seem to work...
