What is the process of adding an additional currency for a country?

Zimbabwe, through its central bank has adopted the RTGS Dollar as its new official currency.

There is a requirement to transact and report in RTGS Dollars in SAP. There is currently no ISO code for this currency.

The following is stated in terms of the monetary policy

The RTGS Dollars shall be used by all entities (including government) and individuals in Zimbabwe for the purposes of pricing of goods and services, record debts, accounting and settlement of domestic transactions.

We do not support Zimbabwe on S/4 HANA Public Cloud and therefore there is no currency support. Normally when localising a country the currency topic would be a central piece. I am not even certain that within the wider SAP portfolio that we support Zimbabwe, I would suggest that you ask your account exec.

Hi Paul,

Zimbabwe was localised for S4HANA Public Coud and the Company COde provided by SAP is 6D10.
