VF05 - List of billing documents

Hello,

We have been looking for an application in S/4HANA Cloud which would allow us to check information related to billing documents at item level.

Are any of you aware of any standard application similar to the VF05? By consulting the Fiori APP Library, we get the 'Manage billing documents', but this application can only be used at header level. No material, or item information is shown within the list.

We would prefer avoiding the generation of a new app, CDS or query if there is a standard application that might work.

Hi Anna,

There are several possibilities here.

Most of them can be found in the sales analytics. I'd suggest you look at the following apps:

- Sales Volume - detailed analysis (this is an APF)

- Sales Volume - Flexible Analysis (this is a query)

other apps in the Sales Analytics catalogue could also answer your requirements.

And although you indicate you don't want a new app it's very easy to combine the CDS views for I_BillingDocument, I_BillingDocumentItem and I_Customer into a very usefull query using the embedded analytics tools.
