Hi,
I am Nicolas Bismuth, project director for a new S/4H Cloud project in the logistic industry.
The project team did not find any S/4H Cloud delegation process in the purchase flow approval workflow.
Can anyone confirm that this functionality is not available in S/4H Cloud?
Is there any workaround recommended by SAP?

This is available.
Got to the 'My Inbox' app, then click on the 'me' icon (the little person icon in the top left of the Fiori Lauch Pad), there you will see an option named 'Manage my substitutes', you will be able to manage your substitutes for planned periods (eg, vacation, travelling...) and unplanned periods (eg: sick leave).

Hi
we have used the 'planned and unplanned substitute' functionality available in the Inbox app.
The user can allocate a delegate in this way. Look in the 'inbox' app, then click on the ID icon, 'more' and then 'Manage my substitutes'. We have used this for delegation ( Planned ) and for unexpected absence ( unplanned )
