How can i create new profit center group in my new Q system.

how can i maintain the field that i notice in the red box

Hi Willianto,

The company code, responsible person, valid to-from, and status will always be tied to the profit center group. Are you asking how to maintain the information without using the spreadsheet / manually? If so, Anirban's response below mentions "Manage Profit Center Groups" which would allow you to do so.

Hi Willianto,

You can create new Profit center group through the app "Manage Profit Center Group" (Click on New). The highlighted fields will not appear at the group level. Once you create the Profit centers under the particular group and execute the app again (Select the Profit center group and click Edit) , you will be able to see the information against each individual profit center under the group.

I already create a profit center group and the status is actived,

when i try to create the profit center and i have to fill the mandatory field ( profit center group ) and i still can't find the profit center group that i create before.

Hi Willianto,

Either you should create your Profit centre group under the standard hierarchy YBPH or you should follow the steps 1 and 2 in the document shared by cassianolins below. Then you should be able to create Profit Centers under your profit center group.
