Error AAPO176 during Acquisition posting

I got the following error during Acquisition posting:

AAPO176: Transaction type & that you entered or the standard transaction type which is specified for activity '' is not allowed. Reason: Differing Setting for "Post to Affiliated Company"

This variant of AAPO176 is due to a difference between the settings of the transaction type that is being used and the data that are being imported from the accounts, customers, assets and other master structures during the posting.

The transaction type 100 is not allowed to "Post to affiliated companies", hence error is raised.

Please choose a different transaction type, which allows posting to affiliated companies, for example 106.
