can I create a proforma invoice out of the system?

Hi Markus

From which business process i.e. Project services etc? I know from a customer project you can create a proforma invoice. its not called Pro-forma but its referred as Preliminary invoice.

Steps to follow:

Step 1: Create the customer project and maintain your billing plans.

Step 2 : Release billing proposal and the DMR will be created.

Step 3: Go to " Create Preliminary invoice" app

Step 4 : Select your DMR and click on Create.

Step 5: Select your DMR and Click Create billing document

Step 6: you can then preview your Preliminary document and send to your customer.
