Hello,

Usually to post hours against a project you may follow the best practice scope item J12:

Alternatively you may make use of white-listed APIs for time-sheet posting:

https://api.sap.com/api/API_MANAGE_WORKFORCE_TIMESHEET/resource

I have followed all the steps of J12, have planned effort - staffed employee and also approved timesheet for the same but still not able to see actuals.

Hi Mayur,

If a staffed resource on a given project has recorded time against a work package, the Actual Effort should be updated accordingly in the project fact sheet. Could you please provide more details on how the project is maintained, as well as the steps you took to do time recording? For example, did you use Fiori App Notify Missing Time to record time on behalf on the employee, or did you use Manage My Timesheet? If you used Manage My Timesheet directly, are you assigned as a resource to the work package you're trying to post time to? If not, how did you do it?
