Sales office code lenght?

Hello,

The length of the sales office code indicated in the document "Org. Structure Definition Template" for request Q-System  is 3 alphanumeric digits. However in S4HC, as in ECC, sales office codes  can be defined with length 4 alphanumeric digits.  ¿what is the real lenght for this field?

Hello Mario,

You are right the org structure template only allows for 3 digits but the SSCUI permits you to create either a 3 digit or 4 digit Sales office. My best suggestion would be that if you want to configure sales office with 4 digits leave the pre-delivered sales office (110) in the template for the purpose of Q-Gate check. According to the new Q System provisioning process (1808 release), SAP provides you an inactive system and you define the scope and adapt the pre-delivered values, including organisational structure.

But in the "Org. Structure Template" excel for requesting Q-System, the sales office is limited to 3 characters. How we can ask for creating sales offices with length 4 in Q-system requesting?
