Delivery Note and Billing Document changes - output type

Hi,

I noticed when testing our forms, that if we make a change to the form layout or change something to the delivery (such as adding header text), and the output type has been completely processed, I cannot do a reprint because the new field or layout will not be printed.  I have to add a new output type manually , then I can print the latest change.

Is this the correct way? Is there a way to just do a reprint of the existing output type in the document?

Hello,

This is accurate and standard behavior. If you modify the layout of an output form for which an output is already processed, you have to re-trigger the output type manually to make the new changes effective.

This is working correctly. Output won't be triggered automatically if changes are made to delivery or billing documents. Only sales documents like sales orders have some control to realize it.
