Send customer statement in mass

Hello SAP gurus !

Our current customer send customer statements to all of his clients every month.

In SAP S/4 HANA Cloud we can't seem to find how to send it in mass. We only found the single sending option which is not enough in our case.

Does anyone have know if it is possible to do it ?

Hello Djallal...you can generate customer statements en-masse by using the "Schedule Accounts Receivable Jobs" Fiori app.

Thanks a lot gabriel.mattos2 , I was aware of this transaction but we can't send the customer statement in mass. I would like to be able to send a customer statement to all my customers.

For community information, we opened an incident in SAP Support Portal and SAP replied us:

"The rule maintenance for payment batch is based on the payment method, the additional criteria for payment grouping is house bank and account id now.

Now the payment batch for cross payment run is not supported in cloud. The payment batch generation is only for each payment run."

simone.capellini Yes exactly ! Currently we only found a way to send it one by one which is not efficient for the volume our client processes every month.

Sorry Edmin but I think that your reply is not compliant to initial request. I suppose that Djallal ask about a customer statement like an items list with clear and open customer items like a S_ALR_87012197 transaction. Djallan is this correct?

The Equivalent App for transaction "S_ALR_87012197" is the "Manage Customer Line Items(App ID: F0711)". This App is avaliable in system version 1902.
