How to create report for dimension type CDS views?

Hi all,

we know that Custom Analytical Queries is used to create report for type Analytical CDS Views. I have created a CDS view of type Dimension (not analytical) using the CDS view I_UnitOfMeasure. By using, Report Design, I am not able to create a Report. Is this the same app to create report or do we have any other app for creating report of type Dimension.

Hi Susheel,

Yes, it is possible to have Dimensions reflect in Custom Analytical Queries app(although not ideal and not preferred) and especially with the example of I_UnitOfMeasure 😉
