Hello,
i am lookking for a solution to do re-allocation revenuein S4C, something similar as KSW1 in old ECC
Our customer will collect revenues on a WBS, and they then want to reallocate a poucentage of these revenues to 3 differents cost centers
Thanks in advance for your help
Regards
Mathieu
Hi Mathieu,
What type of projects are the WBS Elements created from - Internal projects, Customer Projects, or Projects with Revenue?
Thank you,
Riwa

Former Member this is explained in test script 1NT. Settlement Rules for reallocating a percentage of revenues to cost centers can only be done using the project type: Overhead Projects.
Here is the link to the test script, Section 4.13 page 59 explains this process.

Hope this helps.

Dear Mathieu,
I would like to add to what was mentioned earlier. Firstly cost centers cannot carry costs (cost element celem category 11). So you cannot post revenues to cost centers (unless your revenues have been posted to cost element having different celem category).
Secondly revenues should ideally be posted to profitability segments. So settlement looks like the right option here.
In this regard refer Q7 of KBA 2667649 - FAQ on CO-PA issues in S/4HANA Cloud (https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2667649)

In SAP, cost centers are for expenses / cost only. Only Profit Centers show revenue and cost.
